  Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (TWoA): contracted to advise and guide key aspects of the development of the Wānanga's national youth strategy. Responsible for design, development and implementation of STAR and Gateway NZQA based learning packages. Developed TWoA internal moderation content and criteria, trained TWoA staff.

Ministry of Education: Research project on Māori secondary students transition choices and pathways. Conducted research project based in Kaupapa Māori research theory and principles.

Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Oparure: Contracted to develop and implement Kura's investment plan to access government funding for the Gateway programme.

  Director, Frasernet – Hamilton's Fraser High School: Operated and managed largest careers facility in NZ, responsible for $1.1 mil government funding. Managed 12 staff and engaged with 600 students annually, contributing to 20% of school's NCEA achievement.

Regional Advisor – Tertiary Education Commission: Trained staff and regional PTE's on the development and implementation of Charters and Profiles and later Investment Plans. Moderator and subject matter expert for various projects. Regionally responsible for implementing and advising the successful rollout of Gateway programme across 35 secondary schools and kura. Trained and advised school principals and staff, BoT's, parents, communities. Responsible for financial viability and compliance auditing of PTEs and schools nationally, analyzing audited accounts and conducting compliance audits, implementing changes as required.

Modern Apprenticeship Coordinator – Job Finders: Responsible for 75 modern apprentices across 12 industries. Provided support, mentoring, one-to-one tuition, facilitated relationships between employers, ITO's, PTE's, ITP's and other training providers.
